What is "XML"?

XML is an acronym for Extensible Markup Language. It allows data to be formed into a structure of user-defined elements. XML is commonly used with many accounting packages.

XML Encryption

For security and privacy, XML files can be encrypted. Numitec can accept encrypted XML files.

XML Data Exchange

Numitec operates a secure XML listener, so your files can be sent directly to it if your accounting package has that capability. XML files can also be submitted by e-mail attachment, to Numitec's FTP site, or by direct file uploads to your Numitec web-based system.

No Hidden Charges

You won't find hidden charges for XML file processing. Your group's contract with Numitec includes all data processing and programming.
